About the area

Close to Cedar Park is everything you need for those everyday essentials, including a local store, butcher, baker and supermarket, not to mention off-licence and pub.

For shopping, entertainment, leisure and sports facilities on a grander scale, try Havant's thriving town centre which offers many of the popular high street name shops plus a selection of bars, restaurants and cafes for you to indulge in.

From Havant the south coast is your oyster. Shopping doesn't get much better than at the multi-million pound Gun Wharf Quays in Portsmouth or West Quay in nearby Southampton; and there's entertainment to match in the bars, cafes, clubs, restaurants, cinemas and theatres of both cities. If you prefer
a little peace and quiet, the beaches of Hayling Island and the pretty Hampshire countryside of the South Downs are both easily accessed from Cedar Park.
