New Phase Of Apartments At Grand Union Village

The launch of the latest phase of Bryant Homes’ prestigious Grand Union Village development in Northolt has been met by an excellent response from purchasers eager to snap up a new home at the scheme.

Interest has been growing in the properties for some time and the launch weekend saw three properties reserved from the latest release of apartments.

Phase 11 will consist of 86 apartments, with prices starting at £179,995 for a one bedroom property, and £224,995 for a two bedroom property. Some of the properties offer a private terrace providing a unique view over the Grand Union Canal. Each apartment is built to Bryant’s typically high specification and features a fitted kitchen with the latest Bosch appliances, including an oven, hob, extractor hood, integrated fridge freezer and washer-dryer. Allocated parking is also available for all apartments.

Regional marketing manager for Bryant Homes, Kam Mackrory, said: “It was extremely pleasing to see such a good response over the launch weekend. With an excellent range of properties being built, and the desirable canalside setting, the site has earned a reputation as a superb place to live.”

“Grand Union Village as a whole offers people the opportunity to purchase a property at one of London’s largest regeneration schemes. With previous phases having proved so popular, I would encourage people to move quickly.”

Grand Union Village is built along a stretch of the Grand Union Canal in Northolt, just ten miles from the centre of London. Homes already benefit from an on site shop, car share club and new community facilities including a nursery. A restaurant is also soon to open, whilst a Community Development Trust organises frequent events and activities as well as a regular newsletter and website.

There are plenty of opportunities to get out and relax, whether it be in the 20 acres of green open space, pedestrianised zones, or along the water’s edge at the marina. The Engineer’s Wharf Marina will also be home to 20 new canal moorings, available later this year for residential, permanent and visitor use.

Conveniently situated for the A40, the development benefits from good transport links to the M4, M40 and M25 and is less than eight miles from Heathrow. In addition, there are Underground stations at Northolt and Greenford on the Central Line.
