Bryant Homes has launched a new scheme aimed at helping people to get on or move up the property ladder. The housebuilder is offering a mortgage subsidy which will see homeowners receive up to £600 per month towards their mortgage for two years.

The package is available on selected properties on developments for those reserving a Bryant home. The amount offered is based on the individual property but could see homeowners receive over £14,000 towards their mortgage over a two year period.

Bryant Homes’ mortgage subsidy is paid on a monthly basis, directly into the homeowners bank account, helping to ease the initial financial burden of buying a new home.
